Major Changes at Assertive

I am very pleased to announce major changes at ASSERTIVE and to reveal our new company logo and name. We are now known as ASSERTIVE NORTHWEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP INC.

We have entered into an exciting new partnership with Nizam Dossa and his team from Northwest Strata Management. Nizam joins us as Vice-President and Associate Broker of Assertive Northwest and brings 22 years of industry experience to the company, which includes work as a managing broker for a strata brokerage and acting as a project manager for several development companies. He holds the Certified Professional Residential Property Manager Designation from the Professional Association of Managing Agents and is an instructor for Langara College’s Real Estate program. Nizam and his team of knowledgeable professionals bring expertise and versatility that will contribute to the hands-on, customized strata management solutions we strive to provide our clients and they have come to expect. 

We have always monitored our growth to ensure that we have the resources in place to deliver outstanding service to our clients. With this expansion, we are able to continue to provide METRO VANCOUVER Strata Corporations with a level of personalized service rarely encountered with larger companies.
